Cadence keeps your schedule on your device. No accounts, no profiling analytics, no ads, and we never sell or share your data. Your work schedule, location, and pay are sensitive — so we collect as close to nothing as possible.

Your rotation, day overrides, vacation days, pay settings, and preferences are stored on your device. They never leave it unless you explicitly export or share them. If you turn on iCloud sync, that data lives in your private iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy — we can't see it.
Notifications — day-before reminders and shift alarms you turn on. Reminders — only if you add a reminder to Apple Reminders. Alarms (AlarmKit) — only if you enable real shift alarms. We do not request location, contacts, photos, or calendar-read access.
No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. No cross-app or cross-site tracking, no IDFA, no ATT prompt. No account, no email collection, no password.
Tips and the Supporter Pack are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never see your payment details.
When you export a calendar (.ics) or save a share image, that content is created on your device and goes only where you send it.
Cadence is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, rough region, device type). That is the website only — the app itself contains no analytics SDKs of any kind, and the App Store "Data Not Collected" label refers to the app.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and the in-app link.
